CONSUMER WARRANTY

Chatham Brass Co., Inc. does not issue consumer warranties.

DISTRIBUTOR WARRANTY

All other Chatham products are warranted to the distributor who purchases the product from Chatham. The distributor warranty reads as follows:

Chatham warrants its products to be free of defects due to workmanship or materials, under normal use and service, for one year from date of installation. If defective due to workmanship or materials and if removed by the installer within twelve (12) months of installation and returned to Chatham by the distributor prepaid at the distributor's expense, Chatham will, at its option, repair or replace the product and pay the return freight only. Under no circumstances may merchandise be returned collect, at Chatham's expense or a priced debit. This warranty extends only to persons or organizations who purchase Chatham products for resale.

PRODUCTS OF OTHERS

Chatham distributes products of other manufacturers for use in conjunction with Chatham products. These products bear the name of the manufacturer, i.e.: General Electric, Emerson Electric, and the warranty, if any, is published by the manufacturer whose name appears on the products. Generally these products are all covered by distributor, NOT CONSUMER WARRANTY.

RETURN PROCEDURE - DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE.

NO SPECIFIC AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED.

Wrap each piece carefully tagging with name of purchaser, date installed and removed, and defect. Return prepaid on memo billing to our shipping address:

Warranty is for one year's use only. It covers only factory defects.

Please do not return merchandise that has been burned out or damaged by the user or installer, or merchandise that is worn and obviously has seen more than one year's use, or was not purchased from us.
